My Journey to Becoming a Life Coach and Advocate for Neurodiverse Individuals
Hi, I am Inita !
The journey that led me to become a qualified life coach is deeply rooted in both my professional experience and personal life. With over 20 years in sales and the corporate world, I have always been passionate about helping people achieve their best, whether in their careers or personal lives. However, it was my own family's experiences with neurodiversity that truly ignited my passion for supporting and empowering others, especially those who navigate life with unique neurological differences.
My educational journey has been profoundly influenced by spiritual and transpersonal teachings. I pursued a Diploma in Life Coaching at the Evolve Coaching School under the guidance of Helen Leathers, an experience that profoundly shaped my coaching philosophy. Further inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, I earned a certificate as a Teacher of Presence, a qualification that deeply informs my approach to coaching. These spiritual foundations allow me to offer a unique blend of Transpersonal Life Presence Coaching, which I combine with practical tools such as Tarot, mindfulness, and strength-based practices to facilitate profound personal growth and self-improvement.
Over the years, I have developed a specialized Tarot-led guidance approach, where I offer life coaching that integrates Tarot with a holistic perspective. This unique blend of spiritual insight and practical coaching techniques has proven to be highly effective for many of my clients. By using Tarot as a tool for reflection and self-awareness, I am able to guide my clients through their challenges and towards their goals with greater clarity and purpose.
Working with neurodiverse individuals is not just a professional commitment; it’s a deeply personal mission. Having witnessed the challenges and incredible strengths within my own family, I am dedicated to creating a coaching environment that not only acknowledges but celebrates neurodiversity. My approach is holistic, drawing on a wide range of methodologies including NLP, somatic approaches, cognitive behavioural techniques, and positive psychology. This allows me to offer tailored support that empowers neurodiverse individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Currently, I am furthering my expertise with a CPD Accredited Diploma in Neurodiversity & Inclusion. My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I remain at the forefront of best practices, enabling me to deliver impactful training to both individuals and organizations. This work covers various neurodivergent conditions such as Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD, OCD, and Tourettes, ensuring that my coaching practice is both inclusive and effective.
In collaboration with my husband, I also conduct workshops focused on sales, leadership, and personal development, blending our professional expertise to offer comprehensive support. My professional partnerships, including those with Coaching On The Go and Nutritional Therapist Deborah Harman, further enrich the resources I can provide to my clients.
Becoming a life coach has allowed me to align my professional skills with my personal values, offering a pathway to truly make a difference in the lives of others. It is a privilege to support my clients on their journeys to fulfillment, helping them to live their best lives by embracing their unique strengths and potential. Through my Tarot-led life coaching and holistic approach, I am able to provide a truly transformative experience that resonates deeply with those I work with.
